BPAL: Le Serpent Qui Danse

Le Serpent Qui Danse

Violet entwined with vanilla and gardenia.

Vial: Very sweet, almost overwhelmingly so.

Wet: Still sweet--maybe it's the vanilla that's giving me an impression of candy. Violet and vanilla dominate, and it reminds me of candied violets.

Dry: Vanilla seems to last better than the flowers, but violet still remains somewhat. A friend called the lingering remains an "old lady perfume."
