BAYOU
A lazy, warm deep green scent with a thick aquatic undertone: Spanish moss, evergreen and cypress with watery blue-green notes and an eddy of hothouse flowers and swamp blooms.
In the vial: a bit perfumey--the hothouse flowers? The mossy scent seems less. There is a watery something.
Wet: same as in the vial, but I can now smell a sharp hint of evergreen.
Drydown: less flowery as it dries, more moss/evergreen/cypress, I think. Less perfumey as it dries, and slightly more tangy.
Not sure that this is a keeper. It's nice, but reminds me of "regular" perfumes. Will have to give it another try. I don't think I'm very good at distinguishing the individual elements of these blends. I just get an overall impression.
