I lifted things.

I lifted many dumbbells last night. I also did 100 squats, without weights because I had lifted just a bit too much beforehand. Then I did 12 minutes on the elliptical and 8 minutes on the treadmill, mix of jogging and walking, just for a change.

Jogging on the treadmill, I feel like I have an elephant's butt grafted on. Also, the impact on my feet and shins is not that pleasant. But I can do it, for a bit now and again.
