Still gymming. I went yesterday. Currently, I'm working on pushing harder during my thirty minutes of cardio - I've tried a few intervals, consisting of pushing hard for one minute and resting for two, doing that about three times and then finishing out the time at my regular pace. I also upped my weights a little. For the ones I increased, it's now difficult to complete the third set, which I believe is where one wants to be, because it shows you're making yourself work.

I've been doing some abdominal exercises each time, but probably not enough. There's so much to think about! I should probably be timing myself on the "plank" exercise. I count, but I'm not sure how long I'm holding it, since I'm counting with my breathing and not actual time.
