A lazy night

Last night was haircut night! I've been needing a haircut for several days, so I got one after work and then, though I could have gone to the gym, I went home and went to bed early. This would've been awesome if I hadn't woken up at 3:00 am and been up again for about an hour and a half. I guess it would have been worse overall if I had not gone to bed early.

If you're keeping track, I've only been to the gym once this week, for cardio on Monday. Tonight is another off-night, and this weekend is extremely unlikely to be active - I don't want to work out and then sing a concert on Saturday night.

So, this week I was a slob, and this morning I ate a free doughnut. And before you reassure me, also I have been eating my way through a package of Nutter Butters all week. I shall have to return to vegetables, I say with hanging head. And exercise. On the bright side, abstaining from weight training meant the two dress rehearsals were considerably less painful than they might have been. (Lots of standing on a stone floor.)

The idea of the Rossini concert is cheering, now that I know we won't get snowed out. We are getting some nice publicity! There are links to various things at our Twitter page and on Facebook.
