2. On Friday, I lifted weights for the first time since December. I was very stiff on Saturday, but Sunday was not too bad and I feel fine today, which means I did not overdo it. Overdoing it means 3-4 days of stiffness and pain.
3. On Sunday, I did very little of anything. I napped, messed with MP3s, and read. Then I went to see the Adorable Tots and they were Adorable at me. And on me. They are big enough now that I will not attempt to climb stairs with both of them hanging off me.
4. I've been thinking on ways to help myself eat less. I replaced my supply of protein-y snacks for my desk drawer, and have been eating breakfast that has protein and fat instead of just oatmeal.
5. I got a load of laundry done! I still have the one that's full of towels, sheets, and gym clothes.
