However, this meant that when I lifted weights last night, I hadn't done so for two weeks. It wasn't as bad as I feared; I was able to do two sets at the same weights I've been at, minus only the squats, because the racks were mobbed and I couldn't get a turn. I did the Seated Leg Press machine instead, which I haven't done in a really long time.
I finished up with twenty minutes on the elliptical (no intervals), which was 1.25 miles.
Tonight I will either take a rest day or do intervals and distance on the elliptical, depending on how stiff/sore/exhausted I am this afternoon.
