I've been lax this week at the gym. I did intervals on Tuesday night, but that's all, since I had to go to choir rehearsal. Last night, I did about half my usual weights workout because of time constraints and because the gym was insanely crowded - there was no way I was getting to use one of the stations for squats. Then I did a mile on the elliptical in 13.38 minutes.
Not sure about tonight. Maybe intervals plus an additional couple of miles on the elliptical.
For deadlifts, I'm now doing 95 pounds (45 bar, 50 plates). I managed 5 sets of 5 last night. Of course, I didn't do squats, which might have helped. Will have to try that many sets when I've also done squats.
