I slept the night through on Saturday night - this is a rare thing, at the moment. So tired of those wee-hours awakenings. I try to go to bed early, so I can get more sleep on the front end, but sometimes that doesn't work, either. Can't sleep on the other end when I have to go to work.
Tried melatonin at 3:30 am, which so far as I could tell helped not a lick. Maybe this is why my sibs are all such early risers.
