So last night, I dropped 20 lbs in weight on the Lat Pulldown and 30 lbs on the Seated Row, doing reps of 2/15 instead of 2/10. I replaced deadlifts/squats (barbells) with Seated Leg Press, at a higher weight (but machine uses fewer different muscles).
So far, it seems to have worked ok. I still felt tired at the end, like I worked hard, but am not nearly as sore today. I am hoping I will be able to do weights again on Wednesday night. I've been having to skip two days in between; last week, I only lifted once.
