Rethinking Weights

I finally am recovered from Monday's weightlifting. I suspect that I have been overdoing it, if it takes this long to recover. I feel like I need to work out more than once or twice a week!

So, tonight I'm going to skip the squats and focus on things like intervals and mat exercises (pushups, leg lifts, etc.). I can't be exhausted for the next week because starting this weekend, I have to write. And I have to write a lot, until the thing is done and turned in.
