Perhaps I should scale back a little. *ahem*
Skipped gym on Tuesday because I was just way too stiff and tired, though I did walk home from work. Yesterday, I intended to do the elliptical, but was still tired, so got a haircut instead and walked home from there, which is a good distance.
This morning, my right foot hurt enough (the heel - plantar fascitis) that I took painkillers before I tried stretching it. I've noticed my feet hurt more a couple of days after doing squats. Maybe they're not up to the weight, even though the rest of me is.
