I saw roller derby!

I saw flat-track roller derby on Saturday night, with [profile] feklar and [profile] plasticsturgeon. It's a big thing in Philadelphia; this was the last bout of the season at home.

I enjoyed it a lot: cool soundtrack, women skating around in circles and knocking into each other. Sometimes people fell down. Or, mostly, were knocked down.

I'd totally go again. [profile] smokingpigeon, I thought of you a lot!
