2. When I go to the gym every other day, I weigh myself. My weight can vary as much as three pounds. Strangely, I find this comforting. (If you're wondering, yes, I did lose some weight from all the exercise. Maybe seventeen pounds? Eighteen? It depends on the day. I'd have to check in my little notebook.) The weight doesn't matter. I feel about a thousand times better and have a lot more energy and endurance.
