In other news, I volunteered to be a mentor at the Romance Divas Forums, and now I have a mentee! So I spent a lot of time last night reading her work and coming up with things that might be useful to her. We have three months, starting March 1. It'll be interesting. I've been in the same workshop for years, but have never been a one-on-one mentor before, and never really taught anyone in this kind of situation. Hopefully, I can provide something useful to her.
