I think I'm taking a few months to work on my own before I decided if I need more sessions (which cost money). I am also thinking about pilates classes, but not just now because I am on deadline.
For those who've pondered the expense of a trainer, for me it was completely and utterly worth it for the knowledge (and confidence) I gained. I now know a large range of useful exercises with good form and what they're good for. I got a little motivational help - the first of the two trainers especially was very bouncy - but I was mostly already motivated. It was putting that motivation into action that I needed.
