I had one of those awful insomnia mingled with anxiety dream nights and decided against getting up early to go to gym in favor of a little sleep. And then I had trouble getting up and getting ready for work, in that sleep-deprived clumsy inefficient way. Will try to go exercise during lunch; after work I have go and pick up my new pair of boots that finally arrived; not sure if I could do gym after work and still make it to the store before they close. Ironically, the boots are kind of a reward for going to the gym.
So I guess I'd better exercise today, somehow, some way.
I should probably try to find a new home for the previous pair of boots that I hardly ever wore because, although they are good boots (Born) I got cheap, they don't fit right and every time I give them another try they make my feet hurt. I just kept forgetting how my feet would hurt in between times.
