the germs go marching one by one, hurrah, hurrah

I feel a bit better today, and have ventured out to the day job to see if I can get anything done.

I wrote not a word over the last two days, but I did read Kayla Perrin's Love, Lies and Videotape whose heroine is a rising movie star; Julie Cohen's Mistress in Private, whose hero was a computer geek-turned model; Cheryl St. John's His Secondhand Wife, an angsty Western historical; Anna Campbell's Tempt the Devil, a historical romance I slurped up with a spoon; and Megan Chance's A Heart Divided, whose hero had been a Pinkerton agent undercover with the Molly Maguires.

Apparently my reading and question-and-answer session went well on Tuesday night, as I had a nice note and an invite to return.
