My triceps still hurt. Not as much, but enough that I brushed my teeth left-handed again this morning.
Clearly, this is an exercise I need to do again, but with CONSIDERABLY LESS WEIGHT AND REPS. CONSIDERABLY.
I plan to do cardio tonight, if nothing else. I skipped the gym last night.
I didn't do any reading last night, except picture books to The Maw. Including one she wanted me to read backwards. Not backwards one word at a time, but one page at a time. This was a great success.
This is from last year's Yuletide, but I didn't read it until this year. Barrayar Expects That Every Fan Will Do Their Duty: Excerpts From A Fandom by Lanna Michaels. Meta meta meta! And very, very fanthropological. (BTW, the interior links, sadly, do not lead to the imaginary fannish material for the imaginary show about Barrayar.) I found it fascinating.

Wow, I miss exercising.
I think I was a little too enthusiastic with both reps and weight amounts myself the other night, though of course it was totally fine at the time. Last night was 24 hours since the weight lifting and I went to a class that's a combination of Pilates and Yoga. It was the first time I can ever remember not being able to do ab work - not because my abs hurt, but because my legs did. Still, ugly as it was, I'm certain that last night's workout is helping with today's mobility.
