Back to the gym

Last night was my first time back in the gym since Friday's cardio workout. I upped my weights again (I've gone up and down numerous times) but lost reps on some things. I felt unusually tired, perhaps from sitting around for a couple of days doing nothing but reading!

For the record:
Squats, 3 sets of 15, total 135 pounds (plates and barbell)
Chest press, 1 set of 10, total 65 pounds (plates and barbell)
Chest press, 1 set of 10, total 75 pounds (plates and barbell)
Deadlifts, 3 sets of 5, total 115 pounds (plates and barbell)
Seated Row (machine), 50 pounds each hand, 5 sets of 5 (usually my limit is 3/15 on the machine that distributes the weight between your two hands)
Lat Pulldown (machine), 70 pounds, 3 sets of 10
Pectoral Fly (machine), 50 pounds, 2 sets of 10
30 minutes of elliptical, which amounted to just over 2 miles

I don't feel too terribly sore yet, but I have some stiffness in my shoulders.
