A smidgeon of exercise

I skipped weights last night and firmly tamped down on my guilt. Instead, I did 5 intervals of 1 minute fast - 1 minute slow, then stayed on the elliptical until I'd done 3.26 miles. It takes 45 minutes for that distance.

That's probably it for the week.

Then I went home and drilled church Slavonic some more, and finished reading Black Victorians, Black Victoriana.
